Our olive oils and aged balsamic vinegars are available in four sizes to be bottled daily: 60ml, 200ml, 375ml, and 750ml. While we specialize in oils and vinegars, we carry a variety of products including Italian coffee, California goat milk soap, North Carolina specialty honey, and so much more.
EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OILS
Our extra virgin olive oils are Ultra Premium Certified, meaning that they are simply the freshest that they can be. They adhere to the highest standards for extra virgin olive oils and come from all over the world: California, Spain, Chile, Italy, Africa, and more.
INFUSED OLIVE OILS
Infused olive oils are made with fresh extra virgin olive oil that has been infused with essential oils or extracts from fruits, herbs, vegetables, and traditional seasoning blends like Herbes de Provence and Milanese Gremolata.
FUSED (AGRUMATO) OLIVE OILS
Our fused oils are made with wonderfully ripe olives and always fresh fruits, herbs, or vegetables. This process differs from the infused simply because the olive oil is flavored at the same time the olives are pressed, not after. The olives and whole fruit are crushed at the same time, fusing the two together and creating a brightly flavored olive oil.
Always the favorites for chefs and foodies alike, our gourmet oils go perfectly in your kitchen for a quick secret ingredient. White Truffle Oil, Black Truffle Oil, and the Roasted Japanese Sesame Oil are all robust, distinct, and delicate in their own way.
Aged for a minimum of 12 years, all of our dark balsamic vinegars are aged in the Traditional Solera Method in Modena, Italy. The traditional balsamic, along with the flavored, can be used for cheese boards, brushed on meats, as a marinade, and even as a syrup substitute for ice cream! No thickeners, sweeteners, or artificial flavorings are ever added to our products.
Aged for up to 12 years, our white balsamic vinegars are also aged in the Traditional Solera Method in Modena, Italy. The difference is that the White Balsamic Vinegars go through the aging process in new wood barrels, whereas the Dark Balsamic Vinegars are aged in fired, old wood barrels. Useful for making a vibrant salad, in cocktails, in salsas, or as a sweet glaze for meats. No thickeners, sweeteners, or artificial flavorings are ever added to our products.
Specialty vinegars are any vinegar in store other than the aged dark or white balsamic. Examples being the pinot noir wine vinegar or the molto denissimo.
